Here's some up-dates on some stuff that's happening in the Drag Fink world.
Currently I've been crankin' round-the-Drag Fink clock to get boss-looking artwork done in preparation for drag strip appearances, car shows and world-wide sales on dragfink.com. I have about 750 drag toons done with another 100 in the works! Man!
I'll be selling limited edition, numbered and signed prints and posters. Some will be sold individually and some offered in sets. Rat Fink, monsters, funny cars, dragsters, stockers, I'll have them all!!! You'll also be able to get shirts, stickers and hats.
The Drag Fink mobile headquarters is ordered and preparing to make initial appearances at drag strips and car shows in So-Cal. I'll be on hand to do custom artwork and drag toons. Stuff will be ready to sell with a percentage of the proceeds going to The Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.
Drag Fink books are in the works with pre-orders to be taken soon!!! These books will be part of a two part set. Good qua;ity for your coffee table.
I'll be traveling with my 1-Shot paint to do custom painting at shows and drags.
Also; I do custom drag toon orders. Send me a photo of your car and I'll do that retro-crazy monster thing for ya. I don't charge a lot and discount custom framing is available. Advertisers and manufacturers are welcome to contact me too. drag.fink@sbcglobal.net
My Dragmaster Drag Fink front-engine dragster is near completion which will be at the drag Fink tent too! Great photo ops!
As an official Ed "Big Daddy" Roth artist, I must say we had a super boss turnout at the Rat Fink Reunion at the Roth residence in Manti, Utah in June. The Roth artists cranked great artwork as always! The custom car show was a great turnout with lots of custom Rat Fink awards handed out. Thank you Ilene Roth!
I did all the official artwork for the 4th Annual Manufacturers Cup Challenge at Barona Drag Strip in June. What a great turnout! Wheelstanders, rocket cars, stockers, customs, gassers! Put together by my good buddy Pete Baleno. Check his Drag Corner site out. Thanks, Pete!
